Privacy policy

This is a translation. The German version is legally binding. · As of: October 2026

1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is Nguyen Vo, Eagletrion, Germersheimer Weg 30A, 13583 Berlin, Deutschland, email: info@eagletrion.de. I have not appointed a data protection officer, as this is not required under § 38 BDSG.

2. Principles

I process personal data only as far as necessary to run this website and handle your enquiries. There is no tracking, no profiling and no automated decision-making. You are not obliged to provide data; without your details, however, I cannot answer an enquiry.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser and device information to deliver the site securely and fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is providing the website securely and reliably. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and a data processing agreement is also in place. I do not analyse this data myself.

4. No cookies, no local storage

This website does not set any cookies of its own and stores no information in your browser or on your device (§ 25 TDDDG). No analytics, marketing or tracking services, no embedded third-party content and no external fonts are loaded; fonts are served locally. A strict Content Security Policy additionally prevents connections to third-party servers.

5. Contact form

The form does not send any data to a server of this website. When you click the send button, your browser prepares an email to info@eagletrion.de, copies the text to the clipboard and opens your email app. Your details (name, contact data, message, website address if given) only reach me once you send the email yourself, via your email provider. I process them solely to handle your request, based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract) and otherwise (f) (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The checkbox only confirms that you have read this policy; the processing is not based on consent.

6. Contact by email, phone and WhatsApp

If you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp, I process the data you provide (e.g. name, phone number, message content, time) to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). If you use the WhatsApp button, you leave this website; WhatsApp’s privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) then applies. WhatsApp processes metadata such as your phone number in particular and may transfer data to third countries. Please do not send me sensitive data (e.g. health data, passwords or login details) by email or WhatsApp; unencrypted emails can be read in transit.

7. External links

This website contains links to external sites (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook). No social media plugins are embedded: data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click a link, and that provider’s own privacy policy applies.

8. Recipients and third countries

The only recipients of your data are Cloudflare (hosting) and the provider of my email mailbox, each as a processor. I do not sell data and do not pass it on to other third parties unless I am legally required to. Where service providers process data in third countries, this only happens on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, e.g. standard contractual clauses).

9. Storage period

I delete enquiries and the related correspondence no later than six months after handling is finished, unless a contract results. If a contract is concluded, I keep contract and invoice records for as long as statutory retention obligations require (e.g. § 147 AO, § 257 HGB) and delete them afterwards. Server logs at Cloudflare are only kept for as long as needed for operation and security.

10. Data security

The website is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS (HSTS enabled). It has no database and no user accounts; no data is stored through the website itself.

11. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where I process data based on legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)). An email to info@eagletrion.de is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.

12. Changes

I will update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
